This Bible Read Through website enables you to subscribe to receive emails of your choice from 4 different reading plans to help you read through the entire Bible in a year. I would encourage you to try to read through the Bible this year and join all of us who have been doing this through this website for the last 5 years. Here is some detail of the choices you have. For the first 3 plans, you get a daily email that contains the passages in the ESV and also the ability to click to listen to the passages, change versions, or go to a brief commentary of the passages for that day. Use the www.BibleReadThrough.org website to sign up for this free service. Call or email Gene Baillie if you have questions, help@biblereadthrough.org or 864.314.5656. You can start any of the plans at any time so you do not have to wait until Jan 1 to start.
1. Old Testament - New TestamentA 1 year daily Bible Read Through schedule that follows the traditional order.
2. New Testament - Old Testament (Chronologic)This daily reading plan starts with the New Testament chronologic readings and then begins the Old Testament in April. Beginning with the more familiar readings of the NT helps you get into the routine of daily reading the Bible before getting to the more difficult OT books. This one is our favorite plan and the one we suggest for new readers or folks that have never read through the entire Bible.
3. Multiple PassagesThis daily reading plan is for the first 25 days of each month and has an OT, NT, and Psalms passage for each day. The last days of each month are for review or to read any you missed. This is the Discipleship Journal Plan of readings.
4. Weekly Plan with questions and answersThis plan sends you an automatic weekly e-mail containing a weekly reading assignment as well as questions to consider and answer. Later that week you will receive an email with commentary and answers to the week's questions. This plan was developed and prepared by Dr Robert Belk, Anderson, SC who uses this format to teach weekly Bible study groups.
Pray about trying one of these plans to read through the Bible in a year. Each email has the ability to unsubscribe.

Testimonies
I found the email Bible read through very helpful and the chronological plan
it is my favorite format as far as reading through
the Bible because it cross-referenced the passages so
well.
